REQUEST FOR QUOTES SERVICE

The Request for Quotes ("RFQ") forms on this website are provided and managed by third-party lead distribution affiliate platforms. As members of those programs, MedicalClinicSolutions.com generates revenue in exchange for the submissions of website visitors. We make no representations as to the content or quotes they may provide and we have no access to personal data submitted via the RFQ forms.

When submitting an RFQ form, the user will be asked a variety of questions relating to the service or product they are inquiring about. They will also be asked to provide personal contact and other information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

After submission of the form, the affiliated third parties will try to "match" your needs with multiple providers. They claim their goal is to find the highest quality providers, but we cannot guarantee provider quality.

The "matched" providers will contact you regarding your inquiry and offer a quote, or request additional details if needed to fulfill your request. There is no cost to submitting a quote request either from ourselves, or the third party providers.
